Last month we were invited to the Mineret High School’s Military Appreciation baseball game. It was the brainchild of one of their students, Aaron Hall, as a way to honor his father, currently deployed, and to fulfill his community service requirement. The freshmen each choose a project that they develop throughout their four years of high school. The students of Minarets’ have a reputation for completing some outstanding projects.

Aaron is no exception. The event was very well organized and through his efforts, raised $1,200. We are very honored that Aaron chose Doc’s Dogs to be the recipient of his project and are looking forward to watching this donation grow into some great veteran-service dog partnerships.
